What does that mean for your family?
We vet all of our nannys two times, get in contact with their references, check their background and driving record even before they even get their profiles introduced to you. We provide 3 suggestions of nannies for your family. You are able to view their profiles which include information about their personalities and hobbies plus resumes and certifications. You can select the nannies you would like to schedule an in-person interview with. The interviews will be held with us as mediators at Cultivated Care. If one of the candidates checks all your boxes, you are able to negotiate the contract with the provided template. Then the contracts are signed, and you’re on your way to a great nanny family relationship!

Cost: $400 non-refundable amount to begin the search for your perfect nanny, $1600 after a nanny is found perfect and a contract is signed between you and the nanny
