Annalise Trenkamp

Founder/Co Owner
Annalise Trenkamp is a dedicated early childhood education professional who graduated with her Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Eastern Michigan University. Her undergrad is from Wayne State University in art where she learned how to create exciting and entertaining experiences for children. Annalise brings a wealth of experience in child development, having worked in various educational and caregiving roles.

Annalise's career spans across multiple settings, including nannying, teaching, and specialized child care. She is currently working as a nanny for a nanny share in Ann Arbor, where she cares for two children while fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth through engaging activities. Her previous experience includes serving as a substitute teacher, where she worked with children across all grade levels, and as a snowboard and swim instructor, helping students develop their skills while prioritizing safety.

She has also worked with children with special needs, including as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she implemented behavior plans for children diagnosed with autism. Her ability to connect with children, promote independence, and ensure a safe and fun learning environment has been a consistent theme throughout her career.

Annalise is CPR and First Aid certified and committed to supporting children and families in meaningful and nurturing ways. She continues to build on her foundation in early childhood education, working towards a career that combines her passion for teaching, caregiving, and supporting the growth of young learners.

Lisa Escalante

Co Owner

Lisa Escalante is an experienced career nanny. With just over 10 years of professional nanny experience, Lisa has guided families through the unpredictable obstacles of parenthood. Focusing on the upcoming challenges, she prepares both children and parents with tools for the bumps that may lie ahead. Lisa has been honored to work with families from different backgrounds. She studies and implements important cultural ideals from families for her charges to have a firm knowledge of their family’s background. She has also tied in her personal Mexican culture, at the parents’ request, to teach her nanny kids Spanish. She creates a world with not only language but food, music, and entertainment to immerse children in the Spanish language. 

Lisa is also an ambassador for Metro Detroit Nanny. In her role, she facilitates nanny training events, nanny meetups, and playdates for their charges. Lisa is extremely passionate about educating both caregivers and parents to best aid the children in their care. Lisa aims to uplift her community through outreach and education.
