Who we are!
Cultivated Care Agency was born from a deep passion for supporting both families and caregivers.
Founded by Annalise, who brings together her formal education and hands-on experience in early childhood education, the agency was created to be a space where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
At its core, Cultivated Care aims to take the stress out of finding the right caregiver—or the right job. The agency is committed not only to making thoughtful, meaningful matches between families and nannies, but also to investing in the ongoing growth of its caregivers.
To ensure caregivers are always learning and evolving, Cultivated Care hosts monthly meetings featuring guest speakers such as child psychologists, pediatric chiropractors, doulas, and more. This ongoing education keeps caregivers informed and inspired, equipping them with the latest insights and techniques in early childhood development.
At Cultivated Care Agency, it’s not just about finding care—it’s about cultivating it.
